Les Bovetes beach in Dénia is a stretch of the coastline that everyone can enjoy. Not only is it connected to the town, it also has an area dedicated to visitors with disabilities (whether they be physical, learning, visual or hearing), making a day of sun, sea and sand within everyone’s reach.
Sitting to the north of the town, the 1,800m stretch of sand is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the sea breeze. You can get yourself something refreshing to drink at the chiringuitos, laze around on your sun lounger and take an assisted dip. There are lifeguards on watch so you can feel safe at all times.
Central Dénia is just a stone’s throw from the beach where you can enjoy the picturesque Baix la Mar district and soak up the Arab heritage of Les Roques area. It goes without saying that you should visit the castle, which was built between the 11th and 12th century and overlooks the coast and the town from its hilltop position.
